my friend P. rescued a dog who had been left in a dirty corner in a dead end street. the dog was tied by its neck and had pulled so hard to break free he had dug up to the bone *argh poor dog*. he wailed and wailed and NO ONE came to let him loose. only my friend saved the doggy.
this was on xmas day. the dog was named Klaus and received proper treatment from a vet and P., with whom he is staying. P. adopted the dog, of course. he's lovely, with a long muzzle and black and brown coat and very smart eyes. but to think he was left there for days wailing without food and digging the rope into a huge wound...and no one did nothing for him...
