You are officially on notice that I am just this side of don't-give-a-shit apathy towards you and your clients. I spent a combined 16 hrs writing a report thats completely outdated and inaccurate due to your lacking ability to update data in a timely fashion. Now I have to waste 2 days in Chicago presenting this "data" to people that I work with.
