my baby boy
Born on (Easter Sunday) April 12th, 2009 @ 1:55 am. I was admitted through the emergency room on that Saturday night because my water was leakin for 2 days. At the time I thought it was just my urine because I had so much fluid on me that the doctor was concern on my last visit. The liquid was clear and had no odor. The nurse did some kind of test on me and her exact words were " We are having a baby". I was like okay yay! Then I started shakin uncontrollably. I had gotten an infection from my water leakin for those 2 days. The scary part was that it could of gotten to my baby byt thankfully it did not. I had a temperature. My doctor was called in to do a Ceserean on me. The thought of surgery scared the hell out of me. But it was best for my stinker. My family was there with me. I went into the operating room. My best friend and my mother were by my side. Throughout the surgery it took less than 5 minutes from the time they cut me and got the baby out. When they showed me the baby I cried. My mom cried also. The surgery was painless. U feel nothing because of the epidural. Which the epidural does not hurt. All u feel is something cold and then something warm going down your back. what hurts is the IV. the next day gaining your stregth from a c section is PAINFULL!! i couldn't bath myself. My mom did it. I just got to the point to where I can take a shower. So it took me a whole week. MY BABY IS ALL WORTH IT!
