NaNoWriMo?

Anyone else doing NaNoWriMo this year? I'm going for it, but I have difficulties motivating myself. I was really hoping to find a group through school that was participating (Hell! I even offered to conduct all events for my sister's homeschool group if they would participate), but no such luck. :/
