I don't drink either. Quit when I was 16 because I realized that I was doing it just because I felt like I should, not because I actually liked it. None of my friends really give a shit about it. They realize my decision not to drink is about me, not them. In my experience it is only people who are uncomfortable with their own level of alcohol consumpsion who think my choice not to drink is weird or a moral attack against them. These people could usually benefit from an AA meeting or twelve.
