Oh, and I should probably say: between my medical problems and my workload (should not have taken five classes) I've decided to postpone my applications to grad school to next fall, so that I'll have a whole thesis from which to select my writing sample, will know where Eric Naiman is teaching, will have time to craft instead of hammer out a personal statement.

Maybe the four-day migraines will stop.
