Ai smiles and says, "I will be okay." She then feels like it has torn, so she presses the nurse's button, she then looks to see where Usagi accedently bumped her and she sees blood seeping thru the blankets.

(Due to running out of space.)

Usagi sees the blood and starts crying a little, the nurse comes in sees what happened and leaves to get more sutures for Usagi's leg.

" I'm sorry." Usagi apologizes again.

Ai smiles Usagi and replies, "It is alright, Can you go with Kazuya and Koki and wait outside for a bit."

Usagi nods and climbs down from the bed. While Kohaku's okay with blood...Usagi's not. Kame takes the children into the hallway until the nurse is done.

Koki and Jackie turn in early.

After the Nurse changes Ai's bandages, Dr, Sesshomaru walked in and re done the stiches, they left the room to let Kazuya and the kids back in.

Kame sits back down and Kohaku immediately climbs back in Kame's lap, while Usagi stands by her sister's bed instead of climbing back on it.

" I think I'll stand here. I don't want to rip your stitches again." She tells Ai.

Ai smiles and says, "Usagi, you can still sit in the bed."

" If you're sure." Usagi says and climbs back on Ai's bed, though she looks at Kame and Kohaku for some reason.

" Stitches came loose, I take it?" Kame asks.

" I know its just that you and Papa Shain are the closest I have to parents. I don't remember mom and dad and I barely knew them since I was a baby when they passed away." Usagi says, still not taking her gaze away from Kame and Kohaku.

" I know something about stitches, having cut my chin real bad when I was four. You didn't tear them enough to cause Ai any real harm, Usagi." Kohaku says gently.

" I know...but still. I wish mom and dad were still here sometimes, you know." Usagi says finally looking at her sister.

' Poor kid. Even though Kohaku has his mother...he can still lose her. Usagi be glad you don't have that problem.' Kame thinks watching the interaction between Ai and Usagi. ( Kame never says this out loud)

Ai looks at her sister sadly then replies, "Usagi, sometimes something happenes for a reason."

" I know but that doesn't mean it makes any sense." Usagi says and carefully sits next to Ai.

" There's many things that will happen in our lives, most of which won't make any sense but we learn to adapt and keep moving...right Kohaku?" Kame says to the three of them though singling out his son for a reason.

" Papa Kame's right. For long time I knew who my parents were but didn't understand why I couldn't be with them and I was angry about that. But when great grandfather explained it to me, I was okay with it even though I missed them a lot." Kohaku says to Ai, while Kame hugs him.
