Waste. Of. Time.
Normally I don't particularly like posting about what goes on at work, but today just warrants it!
In short, today was a complete waste of time. Showed up at the store at 9 to get it ready and then made 150 pizzas to sell at a local event. That's a lot, but we did twice as many yesterday and that was FUN, let me tell you. (If you missed the sarcasm in that sentence YOU DO NOT KNOW ME).
Now, out of those 150 individual-sized pizzas, we sold 3. That was not a typo. We spent an hour and a half making all those pies and we sold THREE. EVERYONE involved was pissed. We sold nearly all of the 300 we made yesterday, but today our booth was a ghost town. All that hard work for nothing.
Oh and then I get there this morning and discover they changed my schedule so I had to drive after running the store all day. Kind of wasn't planning on that extra four hours! The weekend isn't even here yet and I am already exhausted.
I never know what to expect at this place.
