Spin Cycle
It's weird but I never really liked Lance Armstrong. I thought he was an asshole (and that felt weird thinking that about a cancer survivor) but even I wanted to believe the fairy tale of him cheating death and winning the Tour de France 7 times. It was a great, uplifting story.
If you didn't mind, Lance cheated and manipulated throughout those seven victories. He just vonfirmed what many have suspected: Lance Armstrong is a cheating cheater who cheats. And what a collossal dick. He lied and then bullied, sued and bankrupted people who tried to tell the truth about him. He may have helped people with Live Strong but that is surely tainted since it feels like it was a part of a front (so that people won't believe that he's a lying liar who lies).
For all his mea culpa BS, I still don't believe he's truly sorry. Maybe, if he does something about the people he destroyed...maybe then, I know he's trying to atone for what he did.
ETA: I'm giggling right now because I just thought of something: I wonder when e! is going to ask Sheryl Crow about this...
