May the Living be Dead in our Wake
HELLO! I am not dead, I know some weep and some rejoice at the news :)
I had an awesome time working at Camp Anokijig and living outside most of the summer, I also am tan...yes tan, I may or may not share photoproof of this, mainly because I don't know what to think, I've never been tan before in my life. I also have arm muscles...
Being indoors again is surreal, and people here are really pale (pail?) like I used to be, and stuff is so strange now, i don't know what to think.
Luckily I won't have time to think!! :D For Tuesday night I go to Europe, EUROPE!!! Can I say I'm excited, cause I am.There's a metal music fest in Finland I'm going to try to go to, and i need it, because 11 weeks with little to no metal, I'M DIEING! That's the best part about civilization, there's metal here.
This summer has been amazing, I've learned how to whitewater raft (individual and 8-person), I've learned to rock climb and belay, also sea kayaking (on lake superior in Canada) and endless other things. I also made some amazing friends and had a great time.
Now it's off to Europe to make more memories with my one and only Petras. Peeps in the area, give my house a call, lets try to hang before I leave on Tuesday.
