Happy New Year
Livejournal hasn't been working for me since summer, it's all my old mac's fault. It's been a long while since I've updated and so much has changed since then. I'm at UOP, and I'm a music education and horn performance major. I'm making new friends and having all sorts of crazy adventures. I really like college, but it's so different from my nearly utopian Davis past. Change happens! Happy new year to everyone, I hope it was enjoyable. Mine was wonderful!! I went to Disneyland with some freinds from my conservatory. We drove down to O.C. and stayed at my friend Kim's house. The drive down was loads of fun! When we got to Kim's we went to D-land and bought our tickets for the next day. Then we went to taboo gentlemen's club. That was interesting. We went home and fell fast asleep. Next morning we woke up and went to Disneyland. We got fastpasses to space mountain and then we went on the matterhorn and then we went on Haunted mansion (which is decorated in the Nightmare before christmas theme!) We met up with Erin Buschiazzo (another UOP music gal) and her two friends, and all 8 of us hung out the rest of the day! We rode a bunch of rides and afterspace mountain we had great seats to the 50th anniversary show and then we ran around some more. After the running about, we got seats in front of the Rivers of America, and waited until the count down for the new year! The fireworks were AMAZING! I haven't been so happy in so long!!!! A minute after the fireworks ended, Fantasmic started! It was beautiful to say the least. Then we ran amok and rode Indiana Jones and then Star Tours and, voila! Then night was over! It was spectacular! I was so glad I joined everyone on that trip. I feel much closer to the people who went with me and I'm happy as a clam! I drove back home with the bunch the next day and we got home late. We sat around and reminiced and watched twilight zone, and then Dodgeball. I slept at my friend Christina's and woke up this morning and came home! On the 4th I'm leaving for Seattle to hang with my U DUB Home-bizzles, which I'm SO excited for. When I come home it's Pure EMILY TIME and I cannot wait! I go home the 13th for Pep Band and the 17th will be my first day of escuela. This is all just the readers digest version. I'm having way to much fun to begin describing. I love everyone and hope things are well!
