The election special is OVER!!! Watch it tonight on WBGN-TV Pittsburgh at 9:00 p.m.
I got to Patterson yesterday morning at like 9 to start editing Maggie's package. Maggie, Sarah, and I were there until 6 p.m. editing...NON-STOP! We had a short 10-minute break for lunch once the script was approved and then we just kept going. I swear, staring at a computer screen for 9 hours is hurtful. There were a lot of difficulties...the timecode was wrong so logging and capturing was a bitch, the audio was like woah because it was at a party, and soooo much stuff. It's just all a blur right now. Deadline was supposed to be at 4 but nobody was done because of all the difficulties and running around. We all worked our hardest and Maggie and Sarah are amazing girls to work with and I think we did a great job on our piece. After all the chaos, we went to the Cafe' and got some dinner and then I came home and pretty much died. lol
I just heard the best news ever. My gov. teacher is giving us all A's for the second quiz that we didn't take (woo hoo) AND we're having a take-home EXAM! OMG I'm so excited!! I was so scared because I missed class yesterday (I didn't mean to or intend to) and I wasn't sure what was going on...but SO AWESOME! I have a feeling things are going to start going well for me right now.
Also, I got my schedule for next semester! Tell me if you're with me in classes!
