I know mostly anyone has no idea, but tomorrow is my last day at Graywhale.
Graywhale is a local music store in Salt Lake, and a job, something steady and stable-ish from when Mark was still alive and after his death. My year there is voluntarily up.
You see, I had this music store job where I could apply all my "useless" knowledge of pop culture, music culture, movie culture, etc. and feel, for a few minutes, that I had actually had something to contribute that was a completely natural evolution of erik scripter. It was beautiful.
Of course, my thinking is not that bleak, but that feeling deserves to be recorded.
And something about romanticism and working in a cd store during the last death-rattle of tangible musics...
