Got Rey and myself a Fitbit for Christmas. It's going well for the first week and all. I just wonder how long it will keep my interest. I've tried WW as a weight loss tool and it didn't work out too well. The only things I lost on that plan is money and a year. This is one of the more expensive things I've gone and blown on weight loss. I'm liking that it's counting steps for me. I was curious to see what I walked each day, and I totally know that I blew my 10,000 steps by 3pm when I was teaching. Now is definitely harder to get those 5 miles in. But I'm taking it in strides (yuck yuck yuck).
Die you surgery weight, DIE! *ahems*
sorry bout that. Just tired of feeling fat and not knowing WTF to do about it.
