Wow.
Funny how so much new inspiration can come from words you've heard a million and one times...
But given the right circumstance, they will provide the needed boost, even if for most, the words would normally send them into tears.
And I'm excited about it.
.... I suppose...I should finally do this damned christmas list everyone is doing. .....Though...I really see no point....... However....
For Christmas...I received....
--Pretty much a new wardrobe (four pairs of jeans, a ton and a half of shirts, couple of jackets....even got socks...just no undies or bras...and a pair of awesome boots that I love much!)
--Really pretty (and large) dolphin vase that.... ... sadly enough, doesn't have flowers in it.
--A kick butt Gone with the Wind purse (and matching wallet) that I've had my eye on for ages...
--Hinder and 90's Hits CD's
--Contacts + eye exam (my prescrip ran out...lamers)
--and approximately $100 in cash...because I got so much clothing...there was no need for that...considering I picked a fair amount of the clothing myself....
But. With that money I bought
--My mom's birthday present (slightly lame, but whatever, it's a dress for her to wear for her work on New Year's Eve)
--Something simliar to an iTrip (But better, because it has a REMOTE...)
--Dinner at a local Chinese restaurant
--A raspberry mocha from Joe Muggs
....And that's all. But the iTrip type deal was 40, and my mom's dress was about 25. The dinner + mocha was about 15 total. ... Yeah. Heh. ... Oh well. It was well spent. I enjoyed my dinner with Chris. And...I love the iTrip deal. ... And. My mom needed that dress...well. Didn't need it. ... But she has this thing about only wearing her party dresses once....And I think this is going to become a tradition ... thing...maybe.
