Picspam: Logan/Duncan Subtext (part 1)
Inspired by my darling lexalicious70's Logan/Dick subtext picspam. Which made me want to picspam this: one of my very favorite slashy moments in the Marsverse (do we have a name for our verse?), from the Pilot. It's actually the VERY FIRST SCENE for these two, so you can't say we didn't know what we were getting into. You ready? Okay. Off we go.
We start at lunchtime at the 09er's table, which is being watched by Veronica. Logan spots her and sees the opportunity for rampant homoeroticism, disguised as an attack!
He accomplishes this by sitting on Duncan's lap. As you do. We can see from Duncan's expression that he isn't not enjoying this. I'm not sure what exactly Logan is even trying to convey to Veronica - either he's parodying her, or trying to imply she turned Duncan off women altogether. Whatever. He was looking for an excuse for the slashiness and we know it.
Logan stays there for a while, rubbing himself because this whole thing wasn't inappropriate for school grounds enough already. As we see from his face, Duncan is still quite liking this. But then, something goes wrong! Oh noes! Duncan panics and throws Logan off his lap (it's not all that clear in the cap, but that's what he does). Alas, Logan. Better luck next time.
