(no subject)
I can't believe I totally forgot today was TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY. But i also don't care. This is because I GOT MY BRACES OFF TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nine years is way too long to be going to the orthodontist.
Also, last night I walk out of my room to discover Tim Brigg in my kitchen, talking to my parents. The kid's crazy, but you gotta love him. He always tells these crazy stories about the marines, and being in Israel. Most of them involve being drunk, which seems kind of weird, because he's only 19 and he's telling them to my parents. Then in psychology today, Mr. S was telling us about a former student, and it was totally Tim. A marine going over to Iraq soon....Only something he said that Tim didn't tell us is bothering me. Mr. S. said that only half the people in Tim's group or squad or whatever are expected to come back. HALF. Tim has a 50% chance of living. Oh God. Maybe Mr. S had it wrong. Hopefully. Because Tim can't die. He just can't.
