So I think today's meeting was kinda fun. But, I hated the speech I wrote and it was no where near my standard. I know I can write better ( Read more... )

Haha. I'll consider it.

You see, I'm going to be in a quinceanera on June 24 and that's the dance we're doing. I've missed meetings so I'm about four parts behind and I'm missing this weekend as well.

That's why I need to learn salsa.

All will work well in the end. We all have a lot of confidence in you and I know you have confidence in yourself. It's just a few fine tuning things. BUt really, you've done very well for as little training as it feels we've given you. We'll work on stuff on the beginning of the bus ride, then we'll let you relax. The bus ride should be for fun...even though I'll be training all these kids!

When you're not at a meeting or anything, DONT WORRY ABOUT YLC. Except if you want to look over you binder...which I fully encourage. And I'm in no position to preach relaxation...but try it.

ps- after last years YLC, everyone came back to NHI salsa lessons. Thatd be cool if we could do it again...though I doubt it. We had a contact. I was always the really sucky one. Maybe you can learn salsa from Jordan or something. :D

About the salsa thing,read the comment above. I think I'll pass on lessons from Jordan...I'll definately pass.

I know I shouldn't focus so much on YLC, but I've realized usually when I make absurdly detailed lists, I tend to get things done. I may be flustered and at times, completely stressed, but that's just how I work.

What you see is only the tip of the iceberg.
