*OUCH* My feet hurt...
Garg. So I succesfully finished my first journalism assignment. We were told to interview people on the street. Great... I'm not that keen on randomly talking to people on the street. I'm not that nice to random people on the street... so I should have known what to expect. Well I was kind of taken aback after what happened today.
So 4 hours of walking and two blisters later I managed to get only 6 interviews (shh... don't tell my professor). I tried about 25 times to get an interview and each time I either got a hand telling me to "shoo" or "I'm busy." Rather rudely too.
You'd think I'd feel bad but the truth is I didn't. I was more upset that I wouldn't get my work done.
Actually I'm more upset over the fact that my feet have like 2 holes in them thanks to my blisters... my shoes took out some skin... haha I hope you weren't eating when I typed that. I was wearing flip flops... I've never worn them for that long... but I guess that's my stupidity.
On a lighter note... I'm most definitly going to go see Amy Lee of Evanescence next Monday... so excited... She's like my idol... she's in a kick ass rock band... and she's the lead singer... there aren't many out there in a world where any kind of rock is dominated by males.
But I'm not complaining about that...
