(no subject)
The first drabble, set to prompt 11. Bouncy.
Set in Hakuba's POV from Magic Kaito.
PG rating. No pairings. Very short.
Since it was in Hakuba's POV, the names have been switched around:
Hakuba-Saguru
Kaito-Kuroba
Aoko-Nakamori.
I know most can figure that out, but didn't want anyone to be confused, just in case. :D
Bouncy:
"Huh?"
Saguru stared at Nakamori with an expression that could only be described as dumbfounded. The girl was practically vibrating with energy as she skipped down the walk ahead of him, backwards, dodging the oncoming crowd and inanimate objects with Kaito-level skill. The magician himself was, oddly enough, calmly walking next to him, hands in his pocket, a curious look on his own face.
Saguru nudged him with an elbow and leaned over to whisper so their bouncing friend couldn't hear him. "Kuroba...what did you do?"
Kuroba grinned and shrugged. The detective could see he was about as shocked as he was. "How was I supposed to know the chocolate my uncle had sent to us had brandy in it?" The gift had been hand made.
Nakamori stopped abruptly and threw her arms around their shoulders as they caught up. Saguru could feel a fine trembling in her arms. "Guuuuuuuuuys!" She chirped mischieviously. "Can we go shopping?"
The teens looked at each other over her head and had a moment of perfect understanding, rolling their eyes and avoiding a groan. "Aoko..." Kuroba interjected. "How about we hit up a movie instead?"
