Finally bought my plane tickets, man, those things are expensive. Probably because I have to change planes in Chicago. I bet I'll get lost like a loser. I don't like the idea of traveling alone, I don't feel that resourceful. Oh well, that trip is worth all the worry any way.
I had a fight with a customer yesterday. Probably the worst one I had to deal with in my entire career, which says a lot given all the assholes I've had the displeasure to serve (beats even that 'nice bankruptcy' guy or all the Air Miles ladies, or that 'SO YOU THINK I'M A THIEF???' asshole). Short story, he was just insulting everyone, the cashier who served him, my fellow supervisor and then me, and not just mild insults, but retarded bullshit like lesbian face and whatever. Then he expected me to refund him FIVE CENTS. I told him to be more polite or gtfo, but he did neither and the security agent was so fucking useless, just standing there and staring. That fucker stayed there a good ten minutes just insulting us and I was seriously about to punch his face or throw the register or something. I don't think he really cared about his cents by the end, he was just a big asshole. We ignored him until he was forced to leave because the gates were closing. First time I refused to serve a customer, I must admit it felt pretty good.
