It's a page from an interview in a magazine with a train bandit street artist named Swampy. The psychedelic demon bison thing is the image typically associated with his work, and the girl is just some babe he met during his travels. I was sitting on my balcony reading and when I turned the page the sun made both sides of the page transparent and...voila.
