In case you're wondering, the subject line is what my mom said when I told her that Williams screwed up my schedule again (btw, I nearly bust a gut laughing when my MOM said that). Not that its not true...I mean, this is the third week in a row they've messed up my schedule. Yes, my availability changed, but is it really that difficult? It's right there on the computer people, just look at it before you make the friggin' schedule!! They've put me on Sundays (no bus, have to cab it for $10), they've put me on close shifts (miss the last ride safe, have to cab it for $10), and now they've decided that I can suddenly work at the same time as I have class! Helloooo that's not different, I didn't suddenly add this class! I've had Tuesday night class all term, I haven't worked a single Tuesday at Williams, but apparently I am now. I told them they screwed it up on THURSDAY, heard nothing, called yesterday, nothing had happened, finally went in today, nothing had happened, but Mel took the schedule off the board to see if she could fix it. BAAH!! I'm seriously considering quitting. I don't really need that job, and I could get something else if I really wanted to. The only reason I stayed on was that I really like the people and hey, I get free desserts a lot. But I don't have the time to chase around the supervisors and managers to make sure that they schedule me at times when I can actually work. If they screw up in any way on next weeks, theres no doubt, I'm definitely quitting.
