Only the Young Can Say They're Free to Fly Away
Haven't posted on here in awhile. I still check it everyday to see what all my friends are up to, but I haven't felt the need to write anything recently. Maybe it's because the holidays are keeping me busy. Who knows.
I'm actually playing a show next Friday at The Lunch Studio downtown. The Swellers, Island View Drive, and Jason Guitarstring are all playing, along with a few others that I can't remember off the top of my head. It's an all acoustic Christmas show put on by The Flint Local 432. Doors are at 6:30 and I go on second, so show up early and then we'll go have drinks when it's over. $5 cover. Santori time for sure.
Red Dragon is on USA right now. Sometimes I forget just how truly amazing Emily Watson is, and then I see her unexpectedly and I'm hit with those giant green eyes. I think she may be in my top 5 most beautiful women of the past 100 years (yes this is a real list).
Happy holidays to all my peeps. This year has been rough financially, but I got to see my son off to his first day of kindergarten, I graudated, and I started teaching (albiet subbing). I'm finally feeling some accomplishment in my life. Today your love, tomorrow the world.
