it sucks that ori is so traumatized that fear is driving her actions. but i adore how devoted & protective you've written uryuu. there probably aren't any real-life men close to being that devoted to their partner (sadly for me) or who wouldn't have already managed to push sex on her whether she was really ready or not given they are sharing a bed to sleep... love my quincy honor here!

Yeah, that concerns me too, but by the time the next fic happens the threat has been neutralized and she's on her way back to her old self but still having nightmares (I'm thinking of writing it today). And yeah I totally took the "chivalrous knight" motif the Quincy's have and applied it full force to Ishida. I just can't write him any other way.
