Rain we've suddenly been having here in southern California, I discovered that my old Mazda has rusted clear through in a spot on the passenger side alongside the windshield. Water is drizzling in, y'see, and has completely soaked the carpet on the floor of the front passenger seat. After getting an estimate of $1,171 from the body shop recommended by Mom's old friend Kevin at Kevin's Automotive, I decided to draw upon my ancient heritage, got myself some Rust-oleum and some Bondo, and, well, the next storm's not due till Thursday...
