Questions!
The world will end tomorrow, what will you do today?
Um... hm. If I knew the world was going to end then I wouldn't have to go about heroing, would I? No! I would try to save the world. I've done it before, and I suppose doing it again in a shorter amount of time could be possible... There's so much good in this world, and someone has to make sure it stays good. I reckon there must be a reason for the world ending and I'd try to counter whatever it is. The Sages would help me, and the goddesses. I think.
What have you most regretted losing?
The Deku Tree was a very important part of our life in the forest. He couldn't move around like us but he cared for us so much. He would tell us many stories about the outside world and although many of us didn't believe them, we would nurture them... or at least humor them. One day he asked me to enter him and fight the curse that was slowly killing him. I killed the giant spider, but the tree died anyway. My sense of loss was doubled when Mido had the whole forest blame me for the incident. Sometimes, there's nothing you can do.
How do you view commitment?
I jus' get the job done. If I pledged to do something, then I'll get it finished somehow. When so much relies on you you can't ignore commitment.
Would you choose to live forever if you had the choice?
I would choose to live normally without cheating time! Although going forward and back seven years keeps me this age all the time (or seven years older,) I still wish I could have a normal life and grow up properly like all the other Hylians. I reckon I got this job 'cause I can't stand to watch people suffer or things go wrong and it's worth cheating time for that. But I still wish.
What would your dream occupation be?
Occupation? I don't know! I don't reckon I'll get any other occupation but the one I've got, and I don't mind.
