Someone tell me the point of throwing in an Action Replay/Code Junkie and setting Vaan to lvl 99 for your first playthrough of Final Fantasy XII. 'Cause I don't get it. Luke's doing that, and he's making all kinds of comments about how "this is so easy." [Four lvl 99s. In the Barheim Passage. WTF?] And my father says my sister cheats because she sometimes uses a walkthrough... *sigh* I can only imagine what he'd say if he knew what Luke does.
I do find it somewhat ironic that he cheated the party's levels so high, considering my sister kicked the final boss's ass with three lvl 51s, and didn't have any problems doing so. And it is highly amusing that he broke the CD and now can't cheat if he needs to do so. And I can be secretly amused by his "pound the buttons" way of "using" Quickenings.
My sister's playing Shadow Hearts: Covenant right now. That game is cool. Joachim never ceases to amuse me, and it's funny how many times Yuri shares my opinion of the situation.
...I need to play Majora's Mask again; maybe that'll get me in the mood to finish the next freakin' chapter of "Fade to Black." Now if I can just decide if I want to use my Collector's Edition disc or dig out the N64. Not that it really matters in the end, since both saves are in the same freaking place. Argh, Snowhead, you frustrate me so much... In some ways, I'm tempted to dig out my N64 and give the cartridge some love, although the 'Cube's set up and the N64's put up... Ah, well, the disc version works.
For now, anyway. If I have any glitches/crashes show up, I'll just bust out the N64 and play on that.
