...Arkansas is one of the states that votes on Super Tuesday. So, yeah, tomorrow is primary day here.
Honestly? I don't think I want any of the candidates to be my president. Everything I've heard so far is just politics as usual, and the huge role religion -- sorry, make that Christianity -- has been playing so far is just pissing me off. Because damn, there're so many things that are more important than how candidate X worships his Great Imaginary Friend. Like, oh, how each of them plans to run the damned country?! [Never mind the whole "If you can't accept people who worship your God in different ways, how the hell are you going to accept those of us who worship different gods, or even no god?" undertone to this entire thing that makes me grit my teeth.]
Also, can I just outlaw the word "change" through November? It doesn't even mean anything anymore. Everyone's for this great, vague, broad "Change". Okay, how about you elaborate? C'mon! Say something of substance!
I'm not kidding either, all of you candidates. I'm non-party affliated. I'm middle-of-the-road. I'll vote for either side [or no side] as long as you make me want to vote for you. And as of this moment, you're all failing.
...Well, I know what I'll be doing after work. I'll be comparing candidates so I can try to figure this out.
