Movie night
Well, I managed to get another movie pass for 2 to a movie preview. I went with mrwhistlebear to go see the new Mummy movie. It was definitely a fun movie, there's no post-credits scene so don't bother staying, and Brendan Frasier still looks good shirtless. *drool* The guy playing his son wasn't bad either. The effects were good, some of the dialog was predictable, but overall I'm glad I went. The brother-in-law is hilarious as usual.
Best line of the movie: "She can speak yeti?!?" followed quickly by "Spank my ass!" while having the fire on the back of his pants put out.
The yeti were so cool. I want one. They were big, fluffy, and cute while still being powerful and dangerous. Gotta love it.
The battle scenes were the mummy and zombies and terracotta warriors was cool. A couple funny moments, but the effects for it were done real well.
There were a couple not so great parts, but overall it was worth seeing
