I got thinking about this and thought I'd check. I tossed in the 3rd part to see the actual change since if equal number went up and down, we'd never know off hand. Obviously, this one is for the guys...

FUCK! I messed up the phrasing in the 3rd question and some people knew what I meant from the initial description but others did what it said (I was thinking #2 minus #1) so it ended up meaning nothing now because the answers are mixed and you can't tell anything just from the initial poll. :( And I can't go back and change it other than deleting the poll entirely. :(
