Tech call stupidity
Why do people who have a web site with us call here when their internet connectivity goes down? Just because they can't get to the stuff here doesn't mean we can fix their problems with another company's service. They even try to argue that we have help them because they have a service with us even though our part is working fine. It'd be like calling the TV repairman when the power goes out in the house because you can't watch TV without power or blaming the store you wanted to shop at for not being able to get in because your car is broken down and you can't get there. *bangs head on desk* When are people going to start using their brains?
