I was chatting a friend online. I knew he had a BF but just found out it was a long distance relationship. I was just curious, for those of you who are/have been in a LDR...
- How did you meet and get to know each other?
- Did you meet in person before you considered yourself dating?
- How tough was the decision to date someone far away?
- How often did you get to see each other?
- How did you handle the topic of sex given you were apart so much?
- How well did the relationship work?
- Did one of you end up moving to the other?
- Any other information you'd like to add about it that you think would be of interest?
Before anyone asks, no, I don't have a potential boyfriend in mind. I've met enough good guys around the country online but most are taken and any others haven't gone any further than general flirting. I guess I'm just curious and given the face that it seems I'll never find anyone around here, I guess I need to keep options open anyway.
