Almost the end
Well, I'm checked out of my room now. The trip is nearing completion. It's hard to believe it's almost over already. Seems like I just got here but I guess I've learned a bit about this place already. Making one last check in on mail and stuff before I'm Internetless until I get home. Meeting dakoopst for lunch in an hour so I still have a little time to waste. Since I lost my cap, maybe I'll see if I can find a store down in the area I'm meeting him that has them and get a new one. After hanging out with him, I'll go return my car and then take the shuttle back to the airport and get ready to head home. Gonne miss seeing some of my friends down here but it'll be nice to be home too.
Had a great time out with hanover last night. Went to dinner at the Olive Garden and then, being the geeks we are, we wandered around Best Buy. Then we went back to my room and fiddled on the computer and chatted more. He's a really nice guy and we have a lot in common and he's a real cutie too. I don't think we ever ran out of stuff to talk about. It's nice to make new friends.
But, I guess I would get going. No sense in just sitting here in the Krystal parking lot when I don't have much time left. Will be nice to just see my kitties and sleep in my own bed tonight.
