I hope I'm not bad person for wondering which Maria would win in a fight (Maria from Sound of Music or Maria from West Side Story.) ;-).

I vote for Maria from Sound of Music. She had to survive a bunch of nuns, seven kids, oh, and the Natzis. All Maria from West Side Story had to do is dance the mambo and hang out on a balcony. :o >

Hah! That's good.
I was going to say Maria of West Side Story easy... rough neighborhood, knife fights, etc... until I remembered that she started the whole thing in a wedding dress shop singing the sissiest song ever.. which would go on the be the self-abasing anthem of men and women everywhere who find themselves just a bit more euphoric and/or primp-obsessed then they are comfortable with...

I'm voting for Maria from West Side because I have PRIDE in my people! Nevermind that my people were from Mexico and England instead of Puerto Rico ;-)

You know I didn't remenber that Maria was from Puerto Rico.
