Summary: Yookwon thinks that this starry night is too beautiful to be cooped up at the dance studio to practice, and Minhyuk second that.
A/N: I posted this on my aff too, so that it won't seem empty lmao. plus this is so short, I think its a drabble, but I wanted to make it a one-short but it really really is very short. OTL
"Minhyuk hyung, I'm heading outside for a small breather, okay?" "Okay," Minhyuk replied, not even bothering to look back at Yookwon, continuing to practice on his dance moves.
Moments passed, Minhyuk had already gone through the dance routine a few times, and Yookwon was not back yet. He wondered why the younger had been out so long and decided to go out and look for him.
Minhyuk knew Yookwon loved going to the roof top to take his breather, and decided to try his luck there. "Yookwon?" The older called out. "Oh, hyung." The golden brown hair boy standing by the railings turned back and gave Minhyuk a smile. "The sky tonight, is really pretty you know?" He paused, looking at the sky, "the stars, there are many stars tonight. They are like bright diamonds in the sky. Plus," he stopped, signalling the older boy over.
Minhyuk walked over, and stood next to Yookwon. "It’s too pretty to be cooped up in the dance studio to practice." The younger faced him, a small smile plastered on his lips. He leaned over and gave Minhyuk a small peck on his cheek.
"Why not let's practice here instead?" Minhyuk asked, fingers interlaced with Yookwon's while they stared at the starry night. “Like what you’ve said, it’s better than being cooped up in the dance studio all night.” Shuffling closer towards Yookwon, he placed his lips against Yookwon’s soft lips.
“I guess we should really start practicing now?” Both boys had been staring at the starry night sky, enjoying each other’s silent company, with the occasional breeze passing by them, on the roof top. Yookwon stood up, dragging Minhyuk to the empty space in the middle, setting his phone on the floor and finding for the song of their duet dance. He played the song, and both boys started to dance gracefully on the roof top.
It didn’t take them long just to master those moves, but it took them much more faster right there on the roof top. Maybe it’s just the mutual feelings both boys have for each other, or it was the stars in the night sky.
