the rolling stones put on an amazing show... those old guys can still rock, hardcore...
the opening act was pretty cool... they play quite funkaliciously...
the stones played for 2 hrs and rocked the house... i wish i had a way to take pictures, b/c it was awesome how close we were... i was 3 seats away from center, 7 rows up from the floor... and the stage moved-out and got super-close to where we were... awesome... and the people infront of us started smokin-up right in the middle of the show... crazy cats...
i tried leaving messages of the music on my brother's cell, and on our answering machine, but it just sounds kinda jumbled-about, and u can hear a bit of the guitars... still, amazing show...
i didnt get any souveigniers b/c we booked it outa there right after to go get picked-up by the parents. what an awesome christmas present for me & my brother... hopefully someday i'll do something cool like this for my kids...
gunna sleep soon... tomorrow = laundry, watching Amadeus, and ?
leave comments... and i'll see if people post-up some pictures of the show, out there on the web somewhere... and i'll get details of the opening act, etc... i think i'm gunna have to do a scrapbook page or something w/this... or atleast put the ticket & confetti into a shoebox somewhere safe... stellar evening...
