A daring tale of danger!
Today after work I crossed the street to the bus stop where another young fellow waited. Upon my approach he asked "Do you know what a Gerber is?" to which I quickly responded with a "no". The young man proceeded to pull out a knife and while running his finger along the blade questioned "do you want to buy this? I really need to eat." I responed that I had no cash and proceeded to pull out my cell phone in defense while he continued to stare at me and move his knife from hand to hand. Suddenly, I heard a voice scream "do you wanna ride?" I turned to see my dear coworker Ryan in the Albertsons parking lot waving to me. I screamed yes please and ran to her car. As I entered she explained that she was driving past my house and wanted the company on teh way home. I explained that she had just saved my life. She asked whether or not the young man was a friend of mine.
Anyways, I am now responsible for training new hires in the ways of the Old Navy fitting room. This was unknown to me until I arrived at work 3 minutes before I was to begin training Jeff.
I did some homework and quite well on a Japanese quiz I refused to study for.
