Congrats on your marriage! I have no first hand experience re: fertility/pregnancy, but a few years ago I asked my neurosugeon if my having hydrocephalus would complicate pregnancy, and he said it should have an adverse effect at all. I have a VP shunt, and I've also had my gall bladder out via a 8 inch incision, so I also have a ton of fun scar tissue. I can still deliver naturally, provided future babies cooperation, and I should still be able to have a c-section with no hydrocephalus related issues. It could vary person to person though, so I'd definitely ask my doctor if I were you.

While pregnant I had a shunt failure due to the thickening of the blood. Which resulted in two brain surgeries. I also had a brain stem hemorrhage. I know of some women who were able to have children but I would not risk it. It near killed me.
