Bangkok Trip...29 Dec 2006 to 3 Jan 2007
I have not been blogging for the whole of Dec 2006! keke..actually lotsa things happened, but it's kinda hard to put everything down into words, or rather, things worth forgetting.
Anyhow, made a trip with Jeff, Zac and his hubby to Bangkok..a maiden trip.
The welcoming breeze of Bangkok night air added to my 'unexpected' expectations of what to come on 29 Dec via a cab to the hotel.
The nights saw us at DJ station, and last night at G-star with a thai friend after long outdoors trips to the famous sight-seeing destinations and shopping centres around town. Guess, my first times having thai massage, visiting the go-go bars and doing manicure have somehow opened my eyes to new things and perspectives in life and life in bangkok..keke. Not to mention, the cute new friends I have met during the trip.
My impression of the thai boys and our hotel's receptionists is friendly and warm. There's simply no airs about them, maybe this is attributable to their culture.
The bombing at Seacon shopping centre (near WTC) didn't deter us from our trip, remembered I was still at the massage parlour when it happened..keke.
Last nite saw me down with viral attack and high fever, guess it's the macs I had for supper a few hours earlier..sigh. The whole trip back from Bangkok was terrible!
