I am making 3 choir chords today.
One was a major triad.
The second was a tritone
the third was lydian.
I asked someone to pick which one he liked the best--which sounded the most pleasing... He (obviously) picked lydian.

What makes me sad is that there is only one of my friends (dean) who will get this 'joke'.
It makes me even more sad that I have NO ONE on my buddy-list who would get this. No one to laugh about it with. I tried to think of ANYONE here at work that I could share this with--even if i didn't mind talking to them... there was no one.
They didn't tell me at Berklee that getting a degree from berklee would mean that you would learn crap that only other Berklee-ites can understand.... making you an outsider.... yet again. (like having curly hair doesn't make me enough of an outsider).
