Alright, I am technologically retarded.

How the hell does one make icons? I realise I have one. Someone made it for me. And no, I don't really want to shell out $100+ to buy Photoshop. Because I'm cheap like that....

And then, we move on to the real question - how does one create .gif icons?

I *did* try googling. And I didn't understand anything. :(

Yes, Yes! But I have to download the stupid xcode and I'm on OS 10.4.11 NOT 10.5 and now nothing makes sense to me anymore.

Goddamn. I'm buying a PC next time, if ONLY because when people write instructions for PCs, they treat us like functional retards. Where the fuck is all the basic info that I need to *begin* to understand the gibberish that is written on the Xcode page?! *headdesk*

And now I can't find my installation disks. God hates me.
