better at elevation
nothing quite helps you reset your brain and outlook on life and the people you know in it that a 9 mile hike up to tree line and back. oh yeah, there was a lot of nakedness, booze, snow, and just random fun where most people didnt previously know eachother. that also led to good conversations! i ended up running around in below freezing weather but-ass neked but it was worth while to get back into body temp water. good deed of the day was letting a couple strangers use my headlamp to get back down in the dark, reward was some random cds on my car the next day. beer tastes better with new friends at the end of the weekend
- slept well for the first time in a long while
most things are a lot better at elevation. and after you've trekked for it
--did i mention it was almost a full moon
