Jet lag and culture shock. Not a pleasant combination. I was welcoming the peace and quiet of a smaller town after living in Tokyo for so long, but this place has a really weird aura about it.

Aside from the university blowing itself up and everything mysteriously getting fixed again, it's really not so bad! The weather is great, the nights are warm, the people are friendly...There's not even much pollution!
