THREE THINGS YOU DID LAST NIGHT
1. Ran 8km of hills on Yarra Beulevard with some freinds
2. Ate left over tofu scramble
3. Went to bed at 9.30 and actually had 8 hours sleep before getting up at 5.30am this morning. Its a first and i dont know if it will ever happen again.

2. customer on the work phone.
THREE THINGS YOU ARE GOING TO DO TOMORROW:
1. go to police station to get stat dec signed for dog registration
2. Go for a bike ride (depending on the weather)
3. Go and buy a giant tub of soy or pea protien.

1. Espresso martini
2. Iced jasmin green tea (bubble tea, so heaps of sugar)
3. Soy iced coffee with soy ice cream from Dr Java

1. Its cold and windy and riding home from work i saw two minature poodles curled up together under a table in front of a cafe.
2.Dropped into a cafe that i work at for a coffee on my way home and then 5 of my freinds walked in so i got to hang out with them.
3. The weather (i pretty much love all weather, its cold and windy and was raining )
