=( I am dreading going to work today. Today we have a new head chef starting. I am the second in charge chef, i could have been the new head chef but theres no way i'd work a 50 hour week for anyone. Yeah jacqui has gone overseas for 3 months =( . the new guy is ok, sort of. except he wants us to eventually clean and crumb our own chicken snitzels . if that happens i will quit, every time i am around raw chicken i have to hold my breath and wear gloves , so theres no way i would have any part in cleaning or crumbing 200+ peices of raw chicken. i dont actually even like being a chef at all at the moment except that its fun when i'm working with my freinds. when jacqui was there out of the 6 kitchen staff 5 of us were vegan, and usually more than 50% of meals sold are vegan.. and then now we have a new head chef who doesnt know anything about vegan food or even pub food, and doesnt really care about the fact that what we were doing was really really good, even if its not fancy 'cuisine' food, its what works there. oh welll.. either he'll be ok, or he will suck and when kody gets back from his holiday we;ll get a new chef.

i'm at a different internet cafe today so i'll try printing the itinerary today, thanks tho i'll see if it works here.
