That's what Hase Yuuki said multiple times to Fujimiya Kaori.
Due to certain circumstances, Kaori's memories of friends disappear in a week. She declines Yuuki's offer to be her friend almost every week but Yuuki refuses to give up. There's something about Kaori that makes Yuuki can't just ignore his desk neighbor in class.
So it becomes Yuuki's new routine to introduce himself to Kaori every Monday. Yuuki's repetitive action brings the two closer. And Kaori begins to remember what triggers her memory loss on her friends...
The cute love story between Yuuki and Kaori wrapped in Isshuukan Friends has successfully made me burst into tears two years ago. The slice of life series was nicely done that it stirred up the audience's feelings.
Isshuukan Friends is adapted into live-action movie that will open next year, four days after Valentine's day. There's 7 months to go before the opening day but the movie's official site began streaming the trailer earlier today.
Yamazaki Kento will play Hase Yuuki and Kawaguchi Haruna as Fujimiya Kaori. Choutokkyuu band vocalist Matsuo Takashi is cast as Kiryuu Shougo, Yuuki's best friend. Murakami Shousuke helms the project with the script written by Izumisawa Youko.
