Saiki Kusuo Comes to Live
It took a year for Shueisha to finally reveal a little bit more detail about the live-action film adaptation of Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan. June last year Shueisha announced the plan but kept silence until this week.
As published in the 35th issue of Weekly Shounen Jump, />Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan will cast Yamazaki Kento as Saiki Kusuo, the psychic boy. The director seat is entrusted to Fukuda Yuuichi who helmed Hentai Kamen and Gintama. No further details on other casts.
The anime version currently airs. There's four episodes aired so far. Sakurai Hiroaki is directing the series under the script written by Yokote Michiko. Popular seiyuu who had been media headliners few weeks ago for hiding his marriage and child, Kamiya Hiroshi, is voicing Saiki Kusuo. His best friend Ono Daisuke plays Nendou Riki, Kusuo's classmate.
