High Speed! -Free Starting Days- Teaser
Anyone who enjoys watching Free! and Free! Eternal Summer must be expecting High Speed! - Free Starting Days- as much as I do. Adapted from the novel High Speed by Ouji Kouji, High Speed! - Free Starting Days- is set to premiere on December 5.
Takemoto Yasuhiro (Amagi Brilliant Park) takes over the directing from Utsumi Hiroko who was in charge for Free! and Free! Eternal Summer. Futoshi Nishiya will return as the character designer.
So far the official home page only reveals one cast, which is Shimazaki Nobunaga, who reprises his role as Nanase Haruka.
Takemoto-kantoku also commented on the page. "I'm very grateful (for the appointment as director) but I also feel the tension."
The previous two series have been getting positive responses and showered with much love from fans. Taking over such loved franchise, Takemoto-kantoku promised to proceed with careful so fans of the original TV series and novel can also enjoy High Speed! - Free Starting Days-.
"I'll try my best to create a movie that everyone who doesn't know the original series can enjoy," Takemoto-kantoku said.
December is six months away and being patient isn't my department. I believe many of Free! fans out there are eager to see this movie!
