omg guys i don't even know where to start...
um, went past the venue at 7am, were only a few earlybirds, so stayed home a little longer then actually got there 830am, though went home for a nap/rest up for a while JUST before it started raining heavily when doors were about to be opened
quickly made line friends yay! we had people from EVERYWHERE...england, japan, usa, elsewhere in canada...i was pretty much the closest person (not including visitors getting close hotels) near the front of the line XD
also thankfully the rain stopped at night, and only came back in full torrent about 30minutes before doors open (and the front has an awning so we were mostly safe)
things of note: non pro/slr type cameras were allowed! so videos! and a few photos will come soon.
WAY TOO SHORT! apparently pretty much the same as nyc setlist, but apparently 3 songs shorter (no c.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h.! sad!)
the moment lights went out to signify them coming on stage those of us against the barrier were jammed into it...w/in the first 5 minutes maybe, i was pushed sideways about a foot...but luckily, more centre! (started midway between ryota's spot SR and taka centre stage)
i basically lost it when taka sang the first words of Liar, because that is one of, if not my favourite song, i ALMOST started bawling there were so many feelings...like i just went WILD on that one XDD
OHMYGOD TAKA SOUNDS SO GOOD LIVE. people. ACOUSTIC. they did half of wherever you are acoustic and it was GORGEOUS. and like. we were all singing along to so much of the entire setlist taka just kept on having us sing like whole verses and such
and he mostly mc'd in english, but then a bit at the start was like "沢山日本人も居ますね" or somesuch
OH! and us early people saw the tour bus arrive so got to wave at them going in...but then they were sneaky, they left at some point before the line got to near the stage door, but we only realised when they arrived back in a cab by the time the line actually was at the driveway, and all got out of the cab RIGHT BESIDE the people waiting in line there! also waited after and they waved to us as the went back on the bus, and who was it...toru i think? came down the driveway closer to wave to us, and also when the bus finally left there were only 4 of us still waiting and we could see someone, possibly taka, waving back to us as we waved goodbye :D
other specific things...at one point near the end ryota had a bottle of water, drank half of it and it looked like he was gonna spit it out at us but instead (thankfully) did not do that...and then looked right at me and just passed over the bottle to me! so since there was a bunch of water left i shared w/ the friends i'd made who i was against the barriers beside...but yeah, りょうたと間接キス！XD
everyone moved around the stage a fair amount so i had everyone play in front of me at least a few times (well except tomoya until the end)
everyone went wild at kanzen kenkaku dreamer too, that's one of the ones where the audience sang a whole bunch
taka's faces man. he does some great crazy eyes! and like one point he totally looked at us at the front and did this "come on" finger thing (when he was in front of me/my side)
oh and before one of the songs when he wanted us to really jump he was like "ok, i want everyone to crouch down *goes down on one knee at the front of the stage*. aww there's room, i know you guys can do it" or something XDD (sorry taka, there wasn't! or more like by that point the guy who'd gotten in behind me was trying to nudge beside me and no way was i giving up barrier!)
omg oh yeah, and the chanting during clock strikes! the whole audience knowing the tune! so great!
and before be the light he said the thing about 'we come frome all over the world, but through music we are joined together'
almost felt like i was gonna knock my glasses off a few times i was going so wild with the headbanging and stuff, or from the people beside me or myself with flailing arms around in so many songs!
oh yeah, speaking of audience participation, we all sang the fast/rap part that was all japanese in one of the songs...damnit, if i relistened to the setlist tracks i'd find it but kinda late now, can't think which song it is right now though
edit: think i was mixing up audience participation moments, was thinking of some of the lyrics in wherever you are (the "僕らであった日2人" etc bit)
um, just in general, it was mad :D like just straight through high energy, sounded amazing, like there wasn't even any other specific moments? just ALL OF IT.

and in actuality, aside from a couple clips i've never really watched any live dvds of theirs or even listened because i dunno, wanted to save it for REALLY ACTUALLY LIVE. and so good♡
was a bit disappointed w/ merch though, nothing new for t.o. and the other dates this week specifically, and i didn't look close enough in my dash for the front at the start, so missed the chance on any s/xs sizes of shirts except one that i didn't like much...so ended up getting an xl of another one to resew/modify like i did w/ my miyavi shirt, and they had small posters, so got that too ...wish they'd sell cds though, i would've been like...gimmeeeeee ._.;
um. will make fb album of photos/videos public, or might post on yt too, haven't decided...didn't end up taking too many photos cause was too busy having fun and like, w/ all the crazy jumping/being squished it was a bit difficult (also w/ how quickly they moved on stage), do have some vids that'll probably sound terrible because my camera's mic is atrocious, but i only took 1-2 minute vids anyway except the beginning intro as everyone came on stage and the acoustic bit near the end
oh yeah, there was a banner made up that i signed, couldn't think of anything so just "Torontoに来てくれてありがとう" but then a canadian flag got passed along, and another girl beside me in line mentioned they should try poutine, so i added to try ice wine too XD ya know, some very canadian things :D
oh yeah. ryota was wearing vivienne westwood underwear XD it made me laugh when i noticed (←he was in sweatpants and right in front of me a lot so not hard to miss) cause i'd been debating wearing my pendant XD (didn't because half forgot, half was worried it'd get wrecked)
edit: things i forgot! our nice bouncer guy! if you look online for some of the footage, the guy most left of the bouncers, he was totally cool - offered me earplugs when he saw my covering my ears a bit during the opener (they were a bit too noise w/out melody for me) and even offered to snap photos of us in the front before the show started, also seemed to be pretty good about checking for people needing water/etc :)
another thing is taka's mic! it kinda amused me how much he kept tangling it up because he needed to have that long red cord XDD but then kept having fun twirling it/etc :D :D it was fun and a bit cute, he really seemed to be getting into things doing tricks like that!
